Emma: “I was so excited to receive my order from the Tuckernuck sample sale – especially a chic red dress I had been eyeing. However, when I first tried it on, my heart sank. The dress was far too small – tight across the chest and short. I had ordered my usual size, but this one clearly ran small.
But I emailed customer service to provide feedback about the sizing discrepancy. To my relief, they were very apologetic and offered to make the exchange.
The new, larger size dress is perfect! It has the elegant, resort-wear style I love from Tuckernuck. The only downside was it took over 3 weeks to receive the exchanged dress. While their shipping is normally lightning fast, returns and exchanges move at more of a snail’s pace.
But I’m thrilled this company made things right with the size exchange, even if it did drag out longer than expected. Now I have a beautiful, well-fitting patchwork dress that I’ll enjoy wearing for seasons to come!”
