“I had an unpleasant encounter with Fanatics. My order of a hoodie via their site got delayed and then canceled without any explanation. The absence of in-store pick-up and their flat shipping fee added to my frustrations.
Their shipping times are misleading, often extending beyond the stated “3-7 business days”.
The final straw was a gift for my son, a Minnesota Timberwolves NBA shirt, arriving with a missing letter and faulty printing. The inconvenience of arranging a return at my own expense was the icing on the cake.
Considering my experience, I cannot recommend Fanatics and won’t be purchasing from them again. Potential buyers should tread carefully.”
