Fanatics Shipping Policy
For orders around the US, Fanatics offers two types of shipping: Standard Delivery and Faster shipping.
The Standard delivery method usually takes around 3-7 business days (for the 48 Continental US). For US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes, the standard shipping typically takes from 7 to 14 business days. You can also request a delivery to your APO/FPO, but it may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
The shipping fees will be calculated based on your location upon checkout. You can also take advantage of free shipping if your order is over $34.
Now, if you’re a bit in a hurry, you can pay extra for Faster Delivery. This shipping method is not available for PO Boxes and APO/AFO. However, it takes only up to 3 business days to deliver orders.
There’s also the Next Business Day shipping service available for all 48 Continental US.
Luckily enough, the Fanatics outlet also offers international shipping. The service covers Canada, Mexico, 28 European countries, New Zealand, Australia, and a few other destinations.
The cost would depend on the location and how much you spend on your order, as there are additional duties and fees. The shipping time usually takes up to 10 business days with Expedited delivery and up to 21 business days with Standard shipping.
The Fanatics store uses FedEx, LaserShip, OnTrac, and International Bridge. In most cases, the items are shipped from the company’s warehouses in Florida and Ohio. However, some of the orders may ship directly from the manufacturer.
Fanatics Return Policy
To apply for the return, you will need to visit the company’s Returns Center on its official website. You simply need to fill in the form and proceed with the step-by-step application process, which is super easy and shouldn’t take much time.
Of course, all of the items you want to return have to be in their original condition – new, unworn, and with all the original tags and labels attached.
The Fanatics store usually takes up to 10 business days to process returns. The refunds typically take up to 7 business days. The shipping fees are not refundable, which is a standard rule for most online retailers. The Fanatics may cover the return fee if the return reason is their fault (for instance, manufacturing defects).
Now, some of the items fall under a different return policy. They include Manufacturer Direct goods, collectibles, and Memorabilia. To return these items, you will have only 30 days, unfortunately.
