The ordering process was seamless, and the bag shipped incredibly fast – it arrived within 48 hours, beautifully packaged.

The bag itself is stunning, exactly as described online. The leather quality is superb and the color is vibrant and rich. It has become my new go-to purse thanks to the classic design and versatile size. I’ve gotten so many compliments whenever I carry it!

I did notice a faint stain on the bottom edge of the bag when inspecting it closely. It’s relatively minor and not visible during normal use, but nonetheless a bit disappointing for such a premium item. I also wish Cosette had included the original brand dust bag and paperwork.

However, the slightly imperfect condition is a fair trade-off for the major savings I got buying pre-loved from Cosette rather than retail. And the customer service team was very responsive when I inquired about the stain, offering me a small credit.

Overall, an excellent experience shopping luxury consignment! I will definitely purchase more beautiful bags from Cosette again soon.”
