Prepaid Label with Return Fee Deduction:

For customers in Australia, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, and the United Kingdom, SSENSE will send a prepaid return label via email. However, a Return Transportation Fee will be deducted from your refund. The fee varies by country, such as:

  • $50 USD for China

Customer-Paid Returns:

For all other international customers (including Ukraine), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
