I have never been there before but now I will always go there first. The salesmen Tom and Rick were the best I've ever experienced. They were friendly and not pushy. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I saved a lot by going there. Thanks.

All right I like the selection the store carries. We went specifically looking for a kitchen table set. Customer service was very nice and open. Not too pushy and was very willing to help out. I think the prices for kitchen tables was a little more than what I was thinking they were in like the 2000 plus range and that was at 50% off. So we will wait for a bit for a kitchen table until I inherit some cash or win the lottery.

Ian was our amazing sales guy. We came in thinking that it was just going to be another disappointing trip to find furniture for our home. We were completely wrong. He helped us with exactly what we wanted and heard us out! He made amazing recommendations and we found everything we needed in one trip. Their showroom was really nice and they have a lot of options. BUT their prices are extremely high and have horrible customer service. We went in during their 50% off sale. We were told if the website price was cheaper, they would still honor the 50% off. They didn't. Asked to speak to a manager and the manager started making phone calls to collect money while we were trying to talk to her. The sales person became extremely rude as well. We walked out and found the exact same couch at RC Willey for $100 cheaper then the 50% off price.

Update: the customer service agent on Facebook was lovely and very helpful. I hope to have the charge dismissed by the end of the week.I tried to buy a couch online last week, the transaction did not go through and I didn't received an order number or a confirmation email. However, my credit card was charged! I tried to call customer service (impossible), requested a call back and when I finally got to talk to someone it was completely unhelpful. The agent sounded bored and told me to refresh my spam, when I told her I checked everything multiple times over the day it took them to call me back, she basically said that if I don't have an order number she can't do anything. I asked her if there's a way to check if my order was indeed created, she asked for my email and as I was giving it to her my call was "dropped". I've send emails and tried to call again with no luck. Worst customer service I've seen in a while. I'm 100% sure I won't get my couch after the incredibly long delivery time and I still have the charge on my credit card.

Been doing business with Ashley for some years now. The service at delivery gets worse every time. Today I just had a new bed delivered, it was assembled half a_s. I will have to take it apart to put together correctly. They had no concern for my property to included forcing the headboard against my gun vault pulling two of the anchors from the sheet rock. Would have pulled from wall if it were not for the lags into the stud. Their salesman are great with promises and deals until you sign. No promises kept. Over the last 5 years we have spent just shy of 15k with Ashley. They can choke on that as it will be the last.

I just purchased a huge, beautiful picture from Ashley furniture & an employee was going to load it in my vehicle. Unfortunately it did not fit. Thankfully the employee was super & helped me come up with a solution & all was great again! I appreciate how caring everyone is there! I have purchased many items at Ashley Furniture in Green Valley, AZ. I highly recommend them!

This Ashley furniture store is nice and large. What I like about it is their great selection of furniture. I can say, in good faith, that their prices and overall value, including discounts and any of their promotional offers, are good.

Needed a larger dining room set. Researched and found what I wanted but walked around the store to check out other options. I actually found a set that I really liked! Trouble is, I waited over 15 minutes for a sales person to acknowledge that I existed. Time is money... Done. It’s doubtful I’ll ever return. And to be fair, they may not have had enough sales staff on duty I don’t know. A simple, “I’ll be with you as soon as I finish with this customer” would’ve been ok.

I give them four stars because their customer service could use some work and their products could use some slight design improvements (the leg cross members could be closer to the leg [and/or reinforced with metal braces so the cross member doesn't crack if tightened too tightly and so it can hold the legs more securely). But all in all: WAY BETTER THAN RCWILLEY!

I will start by saying, the delivery guys were very nice.The problems were:The store told us that delivery would remove our old bed. They gave us no details outside of that.When the delivery guys showed up, they informed us that our old mattress and box springs had to be wrapped. So there we were in 100 degree weather trying to wrap a king size bed in the middle of our yard.Next, our dresser arrived broken.... We won’t be receiving the replacement for a couple of weeks.Lastly, we were supposed to have gotten a night stand with our bedroom set, yet it showed no where on the delivery order. We won’t be getting that for nearly a month.To top everything else off, the store didn’t answer when we called (in the middle of this nonsense). I held for a really long time only to have a message come on to tell me I had to leave a voicemail. We will not be coming back to Ashley in the future. This experience dampened the happiness we should have had with our purchase. We have a couple of store credits we will be using. But guaranteed we will not be making future purchases.

Bought a couch and loveseat bundle 4 and half years ago now. The customer service in-store was not terrible. In January of this year, our couch, it is 2 sided reclining couch, the recliners started to break and were getting stuck when coming out and once you got them out, they would get stuck when trying to put them back in. I called their customer service and they set up an appointment to have a technician to come and look at them. The tech came out and said that he would need to order some parts and that they would be delivered to our apartment and when we received them, to call and set up an appointment to have a tech come out and fix them.We received the parts around the end of March! And that's when lovely Covid hit. So I decided to wait a couple weeks before I called. I finally called the beginning of May to set up an appt and they couldn't have anybody out to fix it until the end of June!! I tried to be understanding because they were getting caught up from Covid. Finally, it was the day of our appointment. The tech comes out and looks at the bottom of our couch, looks at the parts and tells me that the parts that were ordered are not going to fix the couch long term and that the previous tech should have just ordered a whole new couch since it was covered under our warranty. Ugh! He calls customer service to see if this is possible..it is. Goes to the store to see that they can order one. Calls me back and says it should only be about 7 business days. Tells me to call customer service and get a tracking number in 3 days.I call customer service and the lady tells me that it takes about 21!...21 business days for orders to be processed. A couple days later, I get a call confirming that they've ordered the couch and that our delivery date will be July 14th. Finally!A week before, we get a call that the manufacturer doesn't have it, so they have to push out our delivery date until August 10th. Fine. Then it turns into August 21st. They say we will hear from them a day before to find out a delivery time. I never hear from them. So I call, wait on hold for over an hour and get disconnected. Call back and hit a different prompt on the automated and get an automated message saying that I'm scheduled for delivery on September 8th!!!!!!! What!? Whatever!So guess what? Today, I got my couch that I've been waiting for for like 7 months. It's been 9 months since I originally called customer service. And the original tech could have just ordered a new couch. But...the boxes with those parts that I have no use for, the delivery guy wouldn't take today because he had no instructions to do so. So now, I still have unneeded, unwanted, useless boxes full of stupid parts in my dining room. I'm very, very frustrated with the customer service to say the least. Happy to finally have my couch, but seriously.

I made my purchase with your store excited on my selection. The beginning of July and was told I should receive my sofa on the 24th of July and the love seat would be delivered the following week. I had to call to see where my furniture was. I made appropriate arrangements to be present when they arrived. When I called they said there was a delay and it would be delivered the first week of Aug. Waiting a month for our furniture, I called today. I explained what was happening and how I was very dissatisfied with the service and no.one following through. The woman assured me it would be delivered today. To my surprise I was glad it was my day off. I asked her 3 times if she was sure they were going to deliver today. She answered confidently, Yes! You will be the 3rd delivery today. Between 10am and 2pm. I would understand if she admitted in making a mistake for the wrong date, but she checked over again. Yes ma'am, 3rd delivery today, 10am-2pm.It is 3:25m. I usually don't take time to write a review. Since I'm still waiting...I thought why not?If it was exceptional service I would've written a different review. Hopefully they all get on the same page so they will decide who will be the head of the horse and the rear. Team work makes the dream work.Please fix this.

I was shopping during the corona pandemic for new furniture and came to this location twice. My 1st visit went ok, but unfortunately almost everything was out of stock and was on back order for 8 to 12 weeks. I decided to go somewhere else and purchase new furniture that I was able to take home the same day. I found it very interesting that I was able to get the same couch and love seat for $1200 cheaper at a different retailer. When I asked why the furniture was so much cheaper than buying directly from Ashley, they explained overhead costs, commission, profit margins, etc. I wasn’t all that impressed with my 2nd visit looking for a dining room table and TV stand. I wandered around the store for 30 minutes without anybody saying a word to me. I wasn’t all that mad though, because it gave me the perfect opportunity to take some pictures of some products and price tags that I can bring to the retailer I bought my furniture from to see what kind of deal they can give me on it. All in all, they have great furniture and the salesman that helped me on my 1st visit was friendly and helpful...but if you look around town a little bit, you may be able to save yourself thousands of dollars.

My furniture expert, Mohamed, was extremely helpful in navigating the store to make my final selections, after I happily roamed about, peacefully on my own, for about an hour checking out the large assortment of couches, chairs, ottomans and a bed w/mattress for the guestroom. From the moment I walked in I was helped by Spencer Anderson who gave my the best customer service from beginning to end. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and was knowledgeable and cared about what I was looking for. I never thought I would write a review on my experience buying furniture, yet here it is. When I walked into Ashley Homestore I was amazed at their large selection. Then, the best salesperson (who seemed to be more of a friend) approached me and ask if I needed help. Ryan Young (the best salesperson) spent time with me to make sure I was buying what was best for me and my family. He was super friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It was like I was talking to a long-lost friend. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Thank you Ryan!

Ryan Young was an amazing sales person, giving us plenty of space and time to peruse and offering answers and guidance when we called upon him. How refreshing that he was not pushy (as sales people at other stores can be). He was charming and very knowledgeable, and made shopping at Ashley so nice! I came in knowing exactly what I needed. Just needed one piece to finish my matching collection set. I asked their front desk for assistance and Ryan came rushing over and eager to help. He did not try to talk me into anything else as I was very set on what I came for. I had a million errands to do and he made the process so quick for me. From getting the furniture ordered and going over the pickup process, I was done in about 8 minutes. He was wonderful to work with, so eager, and so very nice. Made the process so quick and easy. We had a great buying experience. Julissa could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and customer-focused. She patiently showed us a dozen different mattresses, letting us try them out and explaining the differences in a clear, factual way. She was never pushy, unlike many mattress salespeople. We finally found the “just right” mattress for our needs and budget. Hats off to Julissa for an A+ job!!

Showroom experience was great! I went in knowing what I wanted and they got it going right away. Everyone was very kind! I feel like they sold me by not trying to sell me at all, and I’ll definitely go back in the future! Warehouse experience was good. Front desk was super nice. Just a long wait if you go on Saturday around lunch time. But the people help load (they did all of our loading) and are very nice about it! Product is LOVELY!!! Fits right in, very modern and really makes our space feel more complete and manageable!

Spencer was wonderful! We ended up buying an adjustable bed frame after his genius suggestion. Couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. The sales person at the store was excellent. He took time to show us numerous sofa beds before we chose one. The store was very nice and great variety. However, the warehouse was a completely different story! We waited one and one half hours in a line of vehicles and then our order wasn’t ready when we backed up to the only delivery door open. Even though we got a really good deal, the warehouse experience and long pick up wait makes us think twice about returning to Ashley.

This was my first time shopping at Ashley's. I knew what I wanted from the ad. The store was quite no one in sight. So I walked around, then I seen someone on the phone halfway across the store. When I approached him, he decided to postpone his call and help me. I told him what I wanted. He showed me the power lift chair I was looking for. I tried the chair out and was satisfied. I purchased the chair and a extended warranty and picked up the chair the next day. It would have been nice if the salesman approached me instead of turning his back and making me walk to him. I would give 5 stars for the chair and the price. I give the salesman 3 stars for not acting like he wanted to help me. He did sell me the warranty. The chair sold itself.

Ryan was absolutely fantastic. I was still in the process of buying my house so I had no plans to buy anything going in, I just wanted to look. He spent the time to show me options he thought I would like but I never felt pressured to buy. When I came back in I went right to him and he helped me order the exact couch I wanted even though they didn’t have it in the store. Keith was terrific to work with! He made buying my living room set painless. And a very indecisive person and he was very patient with me and showed me multiple sets to see what ones I liked. Once he saw the style I was going for he ended up showing me other ones that were similar until I found the golden ticket. Definitely recommend seeing him. Also the gentleman Ryan was very friendly when I walked in he offered to assist me while I was waiting for Keith to finish with his customers for I had been in multiple times. car sales guy did not feel like a sales guy at all. He was helpful right from us walking in the door, Davis tons of options and had our best interest at heart. Had we not felt like that we honestly would have turned and walked away. We just had a new baby and we are on a budget. We had a very positive experience shopping at the Ashley Home Store.. Looking for a bed/frame, nightstands, etc, we weren't exactly sure what we wanted.. Only giving 4 stars because of the manager who let me exchange my bed frame for a smaller one. Very nice guy. Customer service girls have poor customer service skills. I got a rental and took time off work to go pick up my furniture at the warehouse when they told me my furniture would not be available until a week which I was never notified about. So when I called the next day to have it delivered they said “your furniture is there, I don’t know why they would tell you it’s not there.” So I pretty much wasted my time and $$ for a rental. At that point, you should offer to deliver it since it was your fault and I spent a lot of money in your store.

I recently bought a sectional from this store and I love it. No complaints about their products. What I did find horrendous was their delivery service. For starters when you pick a day they don't tell you what your delivery window will be until the day prior. In my case the first attempted delivery day they had a window from 9am to 1pm. For those who work in the day that was not feasible, and the store would not allow a different window, say 3 to 7. So I rescheduled for another day in hopes I'd get the golden ticket of a reasonable window, which I did the second time around. Low and behold though the delivery truck showed up at my house 30 minutes prior to the window even starting, so when I was out running errands I get a call from the delivery service wondering where I am. I managed to rush home and avoided the truck running off for their next drop off. Bottom line if you find a piece you like skip the delivery and pick it up at the warehouse yourself. Even if you don't have a truck dealing with the pain of self delivery outweighs that of their terrible delivery service. I am still undecided if I'll ever get anything from this store based on principle alone.

My husband and I visited many furniture stores in the last couple of days. We even returned to this store twice. Tom McCartan is extremely knowledgeable and patient. We just relocated from Florida with a lot going on and it was great to work with Tom. He made our purchases a breeze and heartfelt. I definitely recommend this store and Tom. There is a lot of variety of styles and colors than the other stores.

Fabulous customer service. Sales individuals have a can do attitude. Were polite and friendly. Were also knowledgeable of items in stock. Gave sound suggestions of products i might be interested in. Our experience was GREAT. A friend recommended Ashley to us. We went and at first we just were looking, and liked what we saw. Our salesman Ryan Young, at first just waited for us as we walked around and figured out what we wanted. Then we started to ask questions, Ryan was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted, and then made suggestions as to what we might like. He also showed us what were his top picks of the showroom, which was helpful, for us because this was the first that we were purchasing furniture for our home. Ryan was very helpful, informed, and friendly. We will definitely return and also recommend friends and family too.

My wife and I went looking for a few things. Richard came up to us and was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. He was very helpful and informative. If he didn't know the answer made sure that he got us the information. He didn't stalk us around the store or try to push things on us that we didn't want. It was a very pleasant shopping experience. It's nice to be given the opportunity to just look and find things we like as opposed to feeling like we are forced to like something just because it's on some type of sale. Overall we enjoyed it so much, my wife was so happy that she started to cry just because it was so nice to get what we wanted and not be forced to buy things we hated.

We love our couches, but be aware of extra charges that aren't disclosed when getting ready to purchase your item. Sales people need to back off a little and give people space to shop... Especially when asked!!!

Such an amazing experience. We came here looking for a bedroom set and couches. We are walking away with a complete bedroom set and living room set for such an amazing deal. Staff was really friendly and especially Spencer. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed us to exactly where we needed to go. He wasn't pushy like some people at other places just genuinely wanted us to find what we were looking for. Nicole the store manager was also amazing and helped us finish our purchase.
