“I ordered an Isabel Marant jacket in brown, which is hard to find in my size. To my dismay, when I received the coat, it was not in a new condition: there was a noticeable stain on it and visible creases on the arms, suggesting the jacket had been previously worn.
Despite the condition, I decided to keep it, expecting a reasonable discount for the inconvenience and the dry cleaning expense I was about to incur.
However, 24S only offered a $50 refund for the dry cleaning. This felt inadequate, considering the jacket was sold as new but clearly used. I believe used clothing should not be sold at full price, so I requested a discount. This request was declined.
I have decided not to return the item due to numerous negative reviews about the return process, but I want it to be known that the issue was not resolved satisfactorily.
I feel overlooked and undervalued as a customer, and I will not be shopping with 24S in the future.”
